Estate Agents and the Credit Crunch

The credit crunch is seriously affecting the housing market, with prices dropping an average of 17.6% since this time last year.

The average price of a house in the UK in February last year was £179,358, it now stands at £147,746.
In February alone, house prices fell by almost 1.8%.

Kitesurfing 100 miles from Antigua to St Martin

A friend of mine, Murray, who you may also know from
Last Man Standing on BBC Television recently attempted to Kitesurf solo from Antigua in the Carribean to Sint Maarten, approximately 100 miles away.

There were some minor setbacks during the expedition, and he made a lucky escape! Watch the short film footage below:
